农村中小学校长培训模式创新研究

摘  要：农村基础教育的发展事关我国和谐社会构建这一战略大计的实施。农村中小学校长的素质决定农村基础教育的水平和质量。国家“十一五”教育发展规划重视对农村中小学校长的培训工作，本研究紧密结合实际，成果为我省中小学校长培训领导机构制定相关规划和培训政策提供参考。

总结：1、本研究历时一年多，通过对广东省梅州市十六期初中校长任职资格培训班、第六期提高培训班和嘉应学院第一期粤东北八市初中校长高级研修班的情况调查，采用问卷调查法，文献法，访谈法，统计分析法等多种研究方法，借此来保证结论的效度和信度。

2、从梅州山区农村的自然环境，社会发展水平以及调查资料分析来看，中小学校长培训有如下特点：（1）社区面积较大，人口居住分散，经济水平落后；政府重视教育，但是资金紧缺；（2）学校工作环境条件差，软硬件设备都缺乏；（3）对校长的工作价值肯定不够，没有通过相应的“职、责、权、利”加以体现。

3、在校长培训中，遇到了领导重视不够、“一费制”的教育局资金供应不足、工学矛盾突出、学习形式和学习效果不佳，校长的学习动力不足等问题。

4、培训模式需要进行创新，但是创新的过程中必须要遵循以下的原则：（1）实用性原则；（2）层次性原则；（3）自主性原则；（4）超前性原则。

5、对于创新培训模式的构建可以从培训模块和培训模式两个方面入手，在这其中可以将任职资格培训、提高培训以及高级研修三个方面结合起来，针对不同程度采用相适应的方式。

6、要想真正的从本质上提高校长培训的效率，同样需要在教师队伍建设、培训教材设计、培训资格认定、实践基地建设以及培训绩效评价等方面下功夫。

The Study of the Training Model of the Principals in Elementary and Middle Schools in Countryside

Abstract: In order to carry out the strategy to construct the harmonious society, the key thing is to develop the basic education countryside .The level and quality of the basic education in countryside depends on the quality of the principals in elementary and middle schools .The training of the principals in elementary and middle schools is important, the development of national education in the “11th Five-Year Plan”. The conclusion of the study firm the objective reality provides the reference of plan and training policy for the leading bureau dealing with the training of principals in elementary and middle schools in our province.
