学校管理团队建设的策略探讨

摘要:学校管理团队主要是指以校长为领导者、由副校长以及学校各中层职能部门的干部构成的群体。建设一支高效的学校管理团队,校长应从以下几方面着手:营造氛围,鼓励团队成员敢想敢做;学会赞扬,帮助团队成员缓解压力;善于沟通,定期向团队成员传达学校未来发展的愿景;创造条件,帮助团队成员实现专业发展;以身示范,为团队成员树立榜样。

总结:1、高效的学校管理团队的基本特征主要有以下几个方面:
(1)有着富有战略眼光的团队领导者;
(2)选拔高素质的团队成员;
(3)形成协作的氛围;

2、提升校长学校管理团队建设能力的策略有:
(1)营造氛围,鼓励团队成员敢想敢做;

On the Strategies of Constructing Management Team in Schools

Abstract: A managing team in schools mainly refers to one which is led by the principal and consists of vice principals and leaders from the middle-level functional departments. To build a high-efficiency management team, the principal should do the following things: encouraging team members to think and act by creating a good environment, helping team members to relieve pressure by learning to praise; being good at communication and informing team members of the school’ s ideas of development prospects regularly, helping team members to realize their professional development by creating some conditions, setting a good example for team members by modeling.
