小学校长培训效果影响因素调查研究

——以衡水市为例

摘  要：以衡水市小学校长为对象，对影响小学校长培训效果的因素进行问卷调查和访谈。调查结果显示，影响小学校长培训效果的因素主要有培训制度、培训机构、培训教师、培训内容、培训模式、校长自身等方面。针对影响因素，高度重视小学校长培训工作，切实落实培训经费，加强培训教师队伍建设，开展校长培训需求调研，采用灵活多样培训方式，提高校长敬业精神等是改进问题的关键。

关键词：小学校长；校长培训；培训模式；培训师资；继续教育

总结：1、河北省当前的小学校长培训的效果还不理想，迫切需要针对参训小学校长进行调查研究，弄清制约培训效果的影响因素，及时采取矫正措施，使小学校长培训工作产生良好效果，从而提高学校的管理水平和教育质量。

2、问卷的研究对象主要是本省200余名小学校长，同时根据相关文献资料，结合以往培训中对部分校长的访谈，课题组自行编制了的《衡水市小学校长培训实效影响因素调查问卷》进行了随机调查。

3、问卷内容主要包括三部分25个问项，全部为封闭型问题。经过对回收有效问卷进行归类整理和统计，发现影响小学校长培训效果的因素主要有培训政策、培训机构、培训教师、培训内容、培训模式以及校长自身等几个方面。

4、根据对小学校长培训效果影响因素的分析可知，当前小学培训工作无论是在制度设计、培训模式上，还是培训需求的调研、师资队伍建设上，都亟需引起教育行政部门的高度重视和大力加强。具体可以采取以下措施：（1）切实重视小学校长培训工作；（2）加强培训教师队伍建设；（3）开展校长培训需求调研；（4）采用灵活多样的培训方式；（5）提高校长敬业精神。

Investigation of the Effect Factors of Primary and Secondary School Principals' Cultivation

——Taking Hengshui City as an Example

Abstract: Taking primary and secondary school principals in Hengshui city as an object, we made questionnaires and interview on the factors of primary and secondary school headmasters' cultivation. According to the results of the survey, the main factors affecting the efficiency of Headmasters' cultivation are training system, training organization, training teachers, training content, training modes, and the principals themselves etc. In view of the factors, attaching great importance to the work of the middle school principals' cultivation, fully implementing training funds, strengthening the training of teachers team construction, carrying out the training needs survey, adopting flexible and various training methods, and improving the professionalism are the key to solve the problems.
