美国中小学校长专业发展机制探析

摘要：校长的教育领导能力对一所学校的发展起着至关重要的作用，为了更好地提高中小学校长的教育领导能力，世界各国都在改革和完善中小学校长专业发展机制。美国通过制定校长专业标准、建立校长资格证书制度、完善校长培训机制来帮助和督促中小学校长提高自身的相应素质和能力，其中一些做法值得我国借鉴和参考。

通过上述对美国中小学校长专业发展机制的介绍和分析，我国可以借鉴和参考美国的以下做法：

（一）强调校长教育领导能力。（二）建立校长专业标准。（三）明确校长专业标准的内容。（四）发挥专业组织的作用。（五）完善校长资格证书制。（六）实施贴近校长工作实际的培训方式。（七）规定行政实习。

Abstract: The ability of primary and secondary school principals in educational leadership plays a vital role for school development. In order to better improve the ability, all countries are reforming the professional development mechanism of school principals. United States has helped and supervised primary and secondary school principals to improve their own qualities and abilities through the development of professional standards, the establishment of principal qualification certificate system, the improvement of training system to principals. Our county can learn and reference some approaches.
