论校长与教师专业发展的共同策略

摘要:校长与教师专业发展是学校专业发展的前提和保障。基于校长专业发展与教师专业发展的共性考量，文章力求提炼出两者最紧密相关的五大共性指标: 理念、目标、角色、标准和阶段。在此基础上，根据五大共性指标进而提出有针对性的五项共同策略: 学习激励、实践反思、梯度推进、评价导向和分层优化。

On the Common Strategies of Principal and Teachers’ Professional

Development

Abstract: The principal and teacher professional development is the premise and guarantee of the school professional development. On the basis of common considerations of the principal professional development and teachers＇professional development，it strives to refine out both the most relevant five common index: concepts，objectives，roles，standards and stages. And then，according to the five corresponding general indexes，it forwards the five common strategies: learning motivation，practice and reflection，gradual propulsion，evaluation orientation and stratified optimization.
