论中小学校长专业化发展与培训工作专业化

摘要:实现校长专业化发展是加强中小学校长队伍建设的需要,而促进校长专业化发展的主要途径是进行有效的专业化培训。在总结历史经验教训的基础上,从校长的职业定位入手,对中小学校长的职业定位和专业化发展及其与培训工作的关系进行了诠释,并从新的培训理念、课程、方式、手段等方面提出了实现校长培训工作专业化的新思路。

1.校长职业是一种建立在教师职业基础上的专门职业

(1)独特的专业知识和技能体系。(2)专门的专业培养与训练。(3)明确的专业自主性。(4)规范的职业道德与专业伦理。
二、中小学校长专业化发展与培训工作专业化
1.中小学校长专业化发展的主要途径是对其进行有效的专业化培训
(1)根据校长成长规律,构建动态的多重目标体系。我国现阶段中小学校长培训主要分任职资格培训、提高培训和高级研修培训三个层次。(2)重视校长个性发展,关注校长自我实现。
2.中小学校长专业化培训的有效性取决于培训的工作专业化
(1)专业化的培训理念。(2)专业化的培训课程。(3)专业化的培训方式。(4)专业化的培训手段。
On the Professional Development of Principals of Primary and
Middle Schools and Specialized Training Work

Abstract: To carry out professional development of principals is necessary for the construction of contingent of principals of primary and middle schools. The major approach to this is to bring about efficient specialized training. Based on the past experience and from the aspect of professional orientation, the paper gives a good explanation of the relationship between professional orientation, professional development and specialized training work. It also puts forward some new approaches to the practice of specialized training of primary and middle school principals in training purpose, curriculum, methods and tools.
