课程领导的伦理及其实现

摘要：课程领导面临的现实问题和复杂情境为课程领导践行者带来了诸多困境和价值冲突，作为课程改革相关人员的行为规范和道德准则，课程领导伦理具有丰富的内涵表征，体现出外在的社会性和内在的自觉性，课程领导伦理的实现应该从其伦理德性的回归与重塑、伦理行为的认同践行、伦理制度的建构与革新等方面寻求课程领导的基本标尺和方向，规范课程改革行为，保障课程领导质量。

总结：第一部分介绍了课程领导伦理的内涵与特点。

第二部分阐述了课程领导伦理的价值表达。主要有社会关系伦理的课程运作过程；课程领导伦理的行为自觉；课程领导伦理的专业规范自觉。

第三部分介绍了课程领导伦理实现的措施。包括课程领导伦理德性的回归与重塑，课程领导伦理行为的认同与践行，课程领导伦理制度的建构与革新。

Ethics of Curriculum Leadership and Its Realization

Abstract: The reality and complicated situation of curriculum leadership has brought many difficulties and value’s conflicts for the practice of curriculum leadership. As the code of conduct and ethics for education, ethics of curriculum leadership has rich connotative form, which perform the external sociality and the inherent consciousness. The realization of it should be from the following aspects to seek the basic scale and direction of curriculum leadership, standard the curriculum reform behavior in order to make sure the quality of curriculum leadership, such as the regression and remodeling of its ethical virtue, the identity and practice of ethical behavior, the construction and innovation of ethical system.
