和谐校园视野下的学生处分制度构建

摘要：本文分析了高校在处分违纪学生方面存在的两大问题，从和谐校园的角度出发，在学生处分程序机制与纪律处分解除两方面重构学生处分制度，以期达到公平公正，实现校园和谐的目的。

总结：和谐校园的构建是一项涉及诸多方面的系统工程，和谐的学生管理制度之构建是其中不可或缺的重要方面，而建立与完善学生处分程序机制及与之

相匹配的学生纪律处分解除制度，对于和谐学生管理工作乃至和谐校园的建设具有突出的意义。

Student Punishment System Construction in the Perspective of a Harmonious Campus
