论阿德勒的人格教育目的观

摘要：阿德勒是奥地利的著名人格心理学家，个体心理学的创始人。他论述的人格教育目的观颇具特色，其基本内涵是:塑造学生的整体人格，促进学生人格的健全发展;培养学生的社会情感，为学生建立良好的行为模式和社会模式，增进学生的合作精神;彰显个体的生活意义，使之成为有用的社会成员; 提升个体的精神境界。研究阿德勒的人格教育目的观，无论是对人格教育的理论，还是对人格教育的实践都具有重要的指导价值。

Adele's View of Personality Education Objective

Abstract: Adele，a famous personality psychologist in Austria，is the founder of individual psychology．His theory of personality education objective is quite unique with the basic connotation of shaping students'overall personality，promoting sound development of students' personality; cultivating students' social emotions establishing favorable patterns of behavior and society for students，and enhancing their cooperative spirit; highlighting the significance of individual's life to make them useful members of society; improving the individual's spirit state．To study Adele's theory of personality education objective offers an importantguiding value to the theory of personality education and the practice of personality education．
