教师关怀行为三维模型的建构

摘要：教师关怀行为作为教师伦理的重要表现，对其进行深入研究非常有必要。在已有研究的基础上，从理论视角概括出了教师关怀行为的三维结构———尽责性、支持性和包容性， 并且从实证的角度对该模型的结构进行了探索和验证。研究结果发现：教师关怀行为的三维结构是比较合理的， 理论模型得到验证； 男女教师在教师关怀行为得分上不存在显著差异，不同学段教师的关怀行为也不存在显著差异。

总结：首先作者认为：关怀伦理从最根本的形式上看，是一种人与人之间的联系， 评估教师的关怀伦理可以通过评估其关怀行为来实现。

其次在借鉴已有理论研究的基础上，概括出了教师关怀行为是一个由尽责性（Consciousness）、支持性（Supportive）和包容性（Inclusive） 组成的三维结构， 为了验证该模型的合理性和有效性，本研究还从实证的角度对该理论模型进行了检验，以便实现对教师关怀行为的科学建构。

最后得出结论：重视教师关怀行为的培养非常重要，在日后的教师评价中可以将其作为衡量教师的重要指标，以提升教师的职业道德水平，进而促进其树立为人师表的良好形象。

Constructing a Three-Dimensional Model of Teachers' Caring Behavior

Abstract: Teachers' caring behavior is an important parts of teachers' ethics and deserves in-depth research. This paper, on the basis of the existing researches, adopts a theoretical perspective and outlines the teachers' caring behavior in a three-dimensional structure--consciousness, supportiveness and tolerance.From an e mpirical perspective, it also conducts an exploration into and validation of this model. Research found that the three -dimensional structure is comparatively more reasonable and that teachers' caring behavior are different in the different stages of the students. Therefore, the three-dimensional structure of teachers' caring behavior is very effective, and its applicability is good.
