国外教师伦理教育例谈及启示*

摘要：国外对教师伦理教育的重视体现在教师专业标准、教师伦理规范以及教师伦理课程等方面。借鉴国外经验，通过不同国家教师伦理教育现状的了解及其比较，可以获得对我国教师教育的一些启示。

Some cases about foreign teachers’ ethics education and their enlightenment

Abstract: People’s attention of the teachers’ ethical education in foreign countries is embodied in teachers’ professional standards, teachers’ ethics and ethics courses, etc. Drawing on foreign experience, understanding and comparing the present situation of teachers’ ethics education from different countries can get some enlightenment of the teacher education in China: grasp the basic content of teachers' ethics education correctly, advocate multiple implementation approach on the basis of the case-based teaching and pay attention to the influence of teachers’ ethics on the development of students.
