教师伦理角色的缺位与回归

摘要:伦理角色是教师职业角色的一个方面,是教师专业研究的重要问题。社会变革与学校发展的变化导致了教师伦理角色的缺位,这不仅影响着教师的职业幸福,也直接影响着学生发展,导致教育价值迷失。教师伦理角色归位需要厘清以下问题:伦理角色是教师职业的道德性规定;伦理角色意识需要在教育职场中逐渐养成;教师伦理角色回归应以学生立场为第一要义;案例分析是教师伦理角色意识培养的方法。

总结:伦理角色是教师职业角色的一个方面,是教师专业研究的重要问题,但目前我国教师伦理角色的缺位。因此教师职业的道德性呼唤教师伦理角色的回归。
The Absence and Regression of Teachers' Ethical Role

Abstract: Ethical role is one aspect of teachers' professional role as well as the important question that teacher profession studies. Social change and change of school development lead to the absence of teachers' ethical role,which not only affects the teachers' professional happiness,but also directly affects the students' development,causing the lost of education value. Teachers' ethical role holders
need to clarify the following issues: ethical role is the standard of teacher's professional morality; ethical role consciousness needs to be cultivated in the education career gradually; the regression of teachers' ethical role should take students as the first position; case analysis is the method of cultivating teachers' ethical role consciousness.
