市场经济条件下师德建设的伦理转向

摘要：市场经济解构了传统的师生伦理，造成一定程度的师生关系失序。根源不是师德出了问题，而是师伦出了问题，师德建设需要向师伦建设转向。师伦建设是一种师生双向度伦理实践，核心原理是师爱生尊。重建适合市场经济条件的师伦需要扬弃中国传统教育伦理和借鉴西方专业教师伦理的合理内核。

关键词：师德；师伦；师爱生尊；市场经济；伦理转向

总结：1、经济的发展，社会的健全，呼唤着新的伦理秩序的建立和伦理价值的引导，尤其是师德伦理建设尤为必要。

（2）建构当代师伦需要借鉴西方发达国家成功的经验

（3）以师爱为逻辑起点建构师爱生尊的师生双向度伦理统一体

Ethical Moral Construction under the Condition of Market Economy

Abstract: The deconstruction of the traditional teacher-student ethics in the society of the market economy caused a certain degree of teacher-student relationship reordering. Source is not a moral issue, but divisions out of the problem. It needs to master the construction of teacher’s morality and construction of steering. The morality of teacher is a two-way-ethical practice between teachers and students. The core principle is to respect teachers. Reconstruction for the morality of teacher needs to accept the traditional Chinese education ethics of market economy and of the rational core of teachers inWestern countries.
