职前幼儿教师培养的价值诉求与教学应对

摘要:职前幼儿教师培养应当培养理解和关心儿童的儿童研究者和反思实践者,最终以指向师生的幸福生活为旨归。基于此的教学应对是设立以全面发展为核心的教学评价体系,倡导幼儿教师自主成长;采用“研习—实践”教学模式,使幼儿教师在实践中理解儿童;构建关注儿童的幼儿教师伦理文化,促进幼儿教师自我理解。

The Strategies and Value Appeal of Preschool Teachers’Pre-service Education

Abstract:Preschool teacher education should cultivate preschool teachers with a sense of social responsibility. Teaching evaluation system as a focus on overall development should be established so as to promote preschool teachers’self-development. The “research-practice”teaching pattern needs to be adopted to have preschool teachers understand children in the activities. Furthermore,preschool teachers’ethical culture about concerning children needs to be constructed to promote their self-understanding.
