论教师消极性伦理

摘要:当前我们对教师伦理的认识存在着误区,即单方面强调教师的道德正向示范性,而忽视了教师消极性伦理的存在。为摆脱这一困境,我们必须在实践中以教师节制为基点,以平等对话为准绳,以学生权利为依托,将教师消极性伦理思想融入教师伦理规范,以使教育实践健康地发展。

总结:随着西方近代以来教师职业化进程的不断推进,教师伦理问题更引发人们持久而深入的思考。反观当前中国教师伦理的理论与实践,我们不难发现其中存在着诸多不足。本文笔者就教师消极性伦理及其相关问题展开探讨。
On the Teacher's Passive Ethic

Abstract: In our current understanding of the ethic of teacher, there is a misunderstanding. To exceed this predicament, we must attach importance to the teacher's ethic. To the teacher's passive ethic, we can cut from the following three point: teacher control, the equal dialogue and the student rights. On this basis, we should be soluble in the teachers' passive ethical thought the teacher code of ethics, so as to promote the development of educational practice.
