教育伦理学本土化重构试探: 台湾观点

摘要:本论文从台湾观点出发,尝试提出对教育伦理学本土化重构的可行方向,建构重心主要放在教师伦理方面,希望彰显中华文化、教育专业、教师人格三者的主体性。讨论先从基本问题的厘清着手,对教育伦理学的教育与伦理两大面向,以及西方知识与中土学问两层进路加以分判。其次即依西方进路勾勒教育伦理学的内容,从而提示朝本土化转向的话语之可能。最后则铺陈出三大主体性要求:以“中体西用”彰显中华文化的主体性、以“专业伦理”呈现教育专业的主体性、以“中隐之道”落实教师人格的主体性。传统教师原本地位崇高,一般人也懂得尊师重道;如今身处西式学校体制中,教师仅为科层组织的一员,仿佛无足轻重。本土化教育伦理希望激发教师自我觉醒,作出生涯存在抉择; 以专长贯澈个人志业,同时以“中隐”对抗社会宰制。

总结1、本论文尝试对教育学之下的三阶学科教育伦理学,提出概念重构的可行方向。其学科分支阶层关系为:教育学→教育哲学→教育伦理学。
