教师德性伦理内容及其特点

摘要：教师德性伦理是教师主体对教师的职业意义、精神归属、教育方式以及对教育伦理精神自觉体认后所形成的精神品质和道德境界。教师德性伦理的内容主要包括师生伦理关系、教师伦理责任、教师道德人格和教师道德义务，具有内在性、自律性、超越性的特点。

Contents and Characteristics of Educator Ethics

Abstract: Educator ethics is the moral qualities and benchmark on the par of educators as to professional implication，moral identity，education approaches and consciousness of education-related moral principles． Educator ethics mainly includes the aspects of teacher-student relations，ethics-related roles on the part of teachers，educators’ethical personality and obligation． Educator ethics has the characteristics of inherence，self-discipline and transcendence．
