高师专业教师伦理课程设置的必要性初探

摘 要：高师院校的特殊性决定了其专业课程设置的特殊性, 高师生未来教育对象的主体性以及教师的示范性要求高师生自身在职业伦理方面具备高度的自主性以及专业化等特征。因此, 师范院校就必须从现实性、专业化以及自主性的角度关注高师生的职业伦理的现状, 通过课程设置途径引导高师生建立良好的职业伦理规范。

关键词：教师伦理；课程设置；自主性

总结：高师生的教师伦理素质的提高是教师素质提高的重要途径。要使高师生得到教师伦理素质的提高，就要重视高师生的专业课程发展的现实性需要，为他们

提供有效的教师专业伦理课程设置以及自主发展机会。本文从三个方面进行了研究：

一、现实性对高师教师伦理课程设置的要求

二、专业化对于教师伦理课程设置的要求

三、自主性与自律性对高师教师伦理课程设置的要求
