规范·专业·实践:当代教师伦理研究的三种取向

摘要:当代教师伦理研究主要呈现出三种取向:规范取向旨在追求学校道德目的的达成,以教师为道德主体,重在规约教师的教育行为;专业取向旨在遵循专业主义的要求,以教师为专业主体,重在改善教师的专业品质;实践取向旨在寻求对技术主义的超越,以教师为实践主体,重在提升教师的实践智慧。这三种研究取向互有短长,相互交错,为建立一种整合的教师伦理研究范式提供了可能性。

Standard, Profession and Practice: Main Approaches to Teacher Ethics Study

Abstract: At present, there are three main approaches to teacher ethics study: Standard- it takes the attainment of moral goals as motive force, regards teachers as moral subject, and puts emphasis on regulating teachers' educational behavior;Profession- it takes the requirement of professionalism as motive force, regards teachers as professional subject, and puts emphasis on improving teachers' professional quality;Practice- it takes the transcendence of instrumentalism as motive force, regards teachers as practice subject, and puts emphasis on promoting teachers' practical wisdom.The interaction of these approaches makes it possible to establish the integrative paradigm of teacher ethics study.
