论教学的伦理品性

摘要:教学的伦理品性是指教学在伦理维度上的品质性格。教学内容中对伦理价值的涉及与解读、教学的方式以及教学过程中师生的伦理风貌等因素,共同决定着教学的伦理品性。当代教学需要以特定的伦理为教学的目标和教学的依据,即情理交融的伦理、动态的伦理、全面关怀的伦理。提升教学的伦理品性需要提升教师的伦理素养、充实教学内容中的伦理价值、教学方式体现出应有的伦理性。

总结:教育与伦理一直如影随形,相互建构。一方面,整个社会的伦理为教育提供了一个宏阔的伦理背景, 社会伦理的整体风貌决定了教育的伦理品性;另一方面,教育又是社会伦理传承、内化的工具, 它通过对社会伦理的选择、解读,以及对学生个体的传递,达成伦理的教化。
On the Ethical Character of Teaching

Abstract: The ethical character of teaching is the quality personality of teaching in ethics dimension.Involving and interpretation for ethical values, teaching way and ethical outlook in the process of teaching, codetermine the ethical character of teaching. Contemporary teaching needs specific ethics as teaching objectives and teaching basis, which is the ethics of sentiment and reason blending, dynamic ethics, comprehensive care ethics. Enhancing ethical character of teaching need to upgrade ethical quality of teachers, enrich ethical values of teaching content, teaching methods should reflect ethicality.
