专业化视野下的教师伦理

摘要:比较起其他的职业,教师是一项对道德的要求超过对知识技能要求的职业。然而目前对于教师伦理的探讨,往往都集中在如何继承发扬教师的传统美德上,或出台一些禁令,忽视教师专业化运动现实下对教师伦理的新要求。全文从为专业负责、专业界限和服务意识方面论述了专业化对教师伦理的要求,并提出通过培养教师的伦理自主性来应对这些要求。

The Teacher’s Ethics under the Professional Visual Field

Abstract :Compared with other occupations , the demand of teacher s’ morality exceeds the demands of their technical ability of knowledge. However , at present , the investigation and discussion of teacher’s ethics often focuse on how to inherit and develop a teacher’s traditional virtue or implement some prohibitions ,ignore new demands of teacher’s ethics in the development of teacher professionalization. This article discussed the demand of teacher’s professionalization for teacher s’ ethics and brought out that these demands should be met through t raining the teacher’s ethical autonomy from the professional responsibility ,professional boundary and the service consciousness.
