中国教育伦理权威失序问题

摘要：中国教育伦理在市场经济的浪潮中，面临着许多问题，在社会结构转型期, 教育伦理中重要表现在教育伦理权威失序，并对此进行了精要的分析：第一：教育伦理权威缘何而去：第二，教育伦理权威因何而从：第三，教育伦理从何而立。因此，市场经济要求教育伦理体制的主动适应，并要求确立教师伦理道德的重要地位，体现教师的自身价值。

关键词：市场经济；教育伦理权威；教育伦理体制；教师伦理道德

总结：1、教师在传统文化和现代文化相互交织的多元文化态势中, 必须强化自身的现代意识，塑造新一代教师的形象，引导学生在尊重传统的同时告别传统、在吸收传统文化之精华的同时使自己在学习型社会中成为一个具有高素质文化教养的现代人。

2、市场经济的今天, 传统教育伦理权威已在时代的宏篇巨著中功成身退, 继而代之的是新的积极的教育伦理精神, 适应中国社会主义市场经济建设的需要, 重新确立教育作为一国之本的权威位置。

Problems of col lapse of educational ethics in China

Abstract :However educational ethics in China is facing so many problems of ethics in the development of the market economy .During the transformation of contempo rary social organization , the collapse of authority of educational ethics is the most serious and analyses that , first , how the authority of educational ethics collapses ;

second , how the authority of educational ethics keeps on ;third , how the authority of educational ethics establishes.The market economy asks for the active accommodat ion of the sy stem of the educational ethics and establishing the important posi tion to embody the value of teachers .
