“国培计划”班级的管理策略

摘要:“国培计划”短期集中培训的时间为15天,来自云南省不同州(市)的骨干教师学员临时组成一个班级针对班级存在时间短、年龄差距大、学历和职称层次不同等特点,班级管理者应在学员报到前了解每位学员的基本资料,报到时关注学员的表达交际能力等,为后期的班委选择物色人选另外可在班级里开展“破冰”活动,消除学员之间的陌生感,营造交流的气氛,提高班级管理质量,促进培训的顺利开展

总结:1、“中小学教师国家级培训计划”,简称“国培计划”,包括“中小学教师示范性培训项目”和“中西部农村骨干教师培训项目”两项内容。其中“中西部农村骨干教师培训项目”主要包括农村中小学教师置换脱产研修、农村中小学教师短期集中培训、农村中小学教师远程培训。
2、班级管理者在培训中扮演的角色应该是一个服务者,服务于骨干教师学员,让骨干教师及时适应培训的环境,进入培训的状态。同时也是骨干教师与授课专家之间沟通的桥梁,及时把骨干教师学员的课堂学习情况反馈给授课专家和培训组织者,以便调整培训的授课内容。
Study of the Management Strategy for Class Management in “National Education Training Program”

Abstract:The teachers from various areas of Yunnan form a new class in the 15- day “national education training program”. The manager of the class should get to know the teachers' basic information beforehand and their communicative capacity while registering because the class is of short-term and the teachers in the class are at various ages and professional levels. The “ice-breaking activity” will remove their emotive barrel to create an atmosphere for their communication so that the class management will be improved.
