《吴子》思想在融合教育班级经营中的运用

摘要：《吴子》是中国古代一部重要的兵法典籍，具有丰富的战略思想。把《吴子》思想应用在融合教育领域之中，能够协助教师处理好班级经营的问题，改善有特殊教育需要的学生及普通学生之共同管理。为协助特殊教育教师提升对学生的管理能力，对《吴子》思想在融合教育中的班级经营运用进行了探讨。

关键词：班级经营；《吴子》；融合教育；特殊教育；学生管理

总结：1、《吴子》的思想可以与特殊教育相互结合，以协助特殊教育教师有效地管理融合教育的班级。其中的“以治为胜”、“因形用权”两方面，正说明《吴子》思想对特殊教育理论之指导方向。

2、将《吴子》所蕴含的丰富军事思想，主要是管治、应变、团结3个方面应用于特殊教育领域，不但能够使特教教师的教学工作变得顺利，而且更能够解决融合班所遇到的经营问题。

3、《吴子》中有很多观念是非常适合于融合教育的运用，同时也能够为在推行融合教育的主流学校工作的特教教师提供一些启发。如：家校协作、以人为本、循序渐进和奖赏有方。

The Thought of Wuzi and the Class Management

of Inclusive Education

Abstract：Wuzi is an important Chinese art of war which contains a wealth of strategic thinking.  The author found that the thought of Wuzi can be applied in the inclusive education. It can help the teachers to deal with the problems of class management. Therefore，in order to enhance the class management ability of the teacher in special education，this paper aims to explore the thought of Wuzi in the class management of inclusive education.
