边疆少数民族师范院校班级管理课程改革思考

    摘要：边疆少数民族师范院校班级管理课程意义重大。目前边疆少数民族师范院校班级管理课程实施中存在的诸多问题，影响了未来教师的培养质量，对边疆少数民族师范院校班级管理课程的内容、方法等方面进行改革势在必行。

总结：1、在边疆少数民族师范院校开设班级管理课程的意义：

（1）班级管理课程是边疆少数民族师资培养的主干课程；

（2）班级管理课程是边疆少数民族师范生学习现代教育理念和管理理念的重要途径；

（3）班级管理课程是边疆少数民族师范生锻炼班级管理能力的重要途径。

2、目前边疆少数民族师范院校班级管理课程的教学现状：

（1）偏向班级管理理论体系的学习，忽视了班级管理实践能力的提高。

（2）班级管理课程内容跟不上教育实际的发展。

3、关于边疆少数民族师范院校班级管理课程改革的几点思考：

（1）打破以学科逻辑为中心的课程内容编排，建立以活动为中心的课程内容体系。

（1）在班级管理课程中合理融入开发地方民族文化资源。

（2）对班级管理课程的实施方法进行多样化的尝试。

（3）扩大班级管理相关的课外阅读范围，关注和思考边疆少数民族基础教育一线的班级管理实际问题。

The reflection on the class management and curriculum

Abstract：In frontier minority normal university, class management course has great significance. But problems still exist in the class management and curriculum implementation. They have effected the quality of future teachers' training, therefore class management course of frontier minority of normal universities has to be imperative reform in its content and method.
