从电大班级管理教学中浅谈小学班主任建立优秀班集体的策略

摘要：众所周知，学校教育与管理职能得以实现的关键在于班级，它也是班主任开展教育工作的基础与载体。可以说，良好的班集体是学生健康成长与发展的基本保障。班主任是班集体的组织者和管理者，班主任工作对创设良好的班集体，全面提高学生素质，陶冶学生情操，培养对社会有用的全面发展的人才，具有举足轻重的作用。优秀班集体的建立，要求班主任需明白自己在集体中的角色定位，要具备优秀的班主任心理素质，要设定好管理班级的目标和策略，会培养一支得力的班干力量等。

关键词：电大；教学；小学班主任；班集体

总结：1、班主任在班集体中的角色定位：班主任应该努力成为集体中的一员；班主任应该成为班集体榜样；班主任应该成为班级前进的引路人。

2、班主任作为集体中的一员，在实际工作中应注意以下几点：

（1）绝不轻易请家长。

（2）应当对班集体当中的所有学生一视同仁。

（3）班集体在管理过程当中的任何事物及决定的产生应当采取班集体参与者（包括班主任与学生）进行民主讨论的方式予以决定。

（4）特别关注班集体中学生思想品德的教育工作，坚持个别谈话的教育方式。

3、建设优秀班集体班主任的心理素质要求：要善于研究学生；要善于亲近学生；要用爱心打动学生

4、班主任构建优秀班集体的策略：

（1）明确班集体的奋斗目标；

（2）形成正确典论和良好的班风；

（3）实行班级管理民主化、细致化；

（4）培养一支得力的干部队伍；

（5）要通过积极开展各项活动去形成一个优秀班集体。

Abstract：As we all know, the key to achieve school education and management functions is the class, it is also the base and carrier for class teacher to carry out educational work. It can be said that the class group is the basic guarantee of the students' healthy growth and development. The teacher is the class group of organizers and managers. Class work on the creation of a good class group, and comprehensively improve the quality of students and mold student sentiment, cultivating talents useful all-round development of society, has a pivotal role. The establishment of the outstanding class group, class teachers need to understand their own role in the collective, to have a good teacher psychological qualities, to set the objectives and strategies of good management classes, will develop the power of effective class leaders.
