高师生中学班级管理工作认知水平的调查分析

摘要:采用问卷调查法对高师生中学班级管理工作的认知问题进行了调查分析,调查结果如下:被调查者能正确理解班主任岗位的意义,但尚未能树立现代学生观与教育管理观,且对中学班级管理内容的理解有待提高,他们对中学班级管理影响因素的认识存在明显差异,对担任班主任工作的意愿度偏低,对中学班级管理工作的主观体验两极化高等师范院校应有针对性地从开设相关课程、加强角色训练、提高实习要求、举办系列讲座等方面加强教学与管理工作,以切实有效地提高高师生的认知水平,促进高师生班级管理素养的全面提升

An Investigation of the Middle School Class Management’s Cognition in the Students of Higher Normal School

Abstract: The article analyses the middle school class management' s cognition in the students of higher normal school by questionnaire method. The results are as follows. The students can understand the meaning of master work correctly, but cannot set up modern views about students and education, and still need to better understand middle-school class management. Their insights into the influencing factors in middle-school class management are different. They show poor will to take on the master work. Their personal experiences of middle-school class management are polarized. In order to promote the students’ ability of class management, the higher normal school should offer corresponding courses, strengthen the role of training, improve the training requirements, and organize a series of lectures.
