目前我国高职院校内设高职研究所的现状、问题及对策

摘要：本文分析了我国高职教育目前面临的困境，以及高职院校内设高职研究所的现状，从高职院校学校领导重视不够，认识不清、高职教育研究所自身的研究方向及目标定位不准确、研究队伍参差不齐，专业化程度不够等方面，分析了我国高职院校内设高职研究所存在的问题，并提出了相应的具体措施。

    总结：1、我国高职教育目前面临的困境：

（1）老百姓不认可、不愿意送孩子上职业院校，打心眼里却瞧不上。

（2）社会不认同：国家机关公务员考试录取制度不准职业院校毕业生参加，户籍制度不让职业院校毕业生在大城市落户。

（3）办学经费紧张——生均拨款少，靠不断降低录取分数线，扩大招生规模，靠学生学费维持学校运转。

2、目前我国高职院校内设高职研究所存在的问题：

（1）学校领导重视不够，认识不清；

（2）高职教育研究所自身的研究方向及目标定位不准确；

（3）研究队伍参差不齐，专业化程度不够。

3、加强我国高职教育研究所建设的措施：

（1）转变观念，高度重视高职教育研究所的作用；

（2）高职教育研究所应明确自身职责和定位；

（3）加强高职研究队伍建设。

Existing Problems and Countermeasures of Higher Vocational Education Research Institution in Vocational Colleges

Abstract：This essay describes the dilemma Chinese higher vocational education is facing，analyses the current situation and points out the existing problems of higher vocational education research institute building in colleges-there isn’t enough importance attached; the research institute itself is lack of clear aim and positioning; research team is not qualified and professional, etc.  Accordingly，corresponding countermeasures are proposed.
