让大学生在学校变革中扮演有意义的角色

——海南师范大学领导与学生见面会制度的实践与反思

摘要：民主管理是现代大学制度建设的核心内容之一，海南师范大学为此制定并实施了学校领导与学生见面会制度，让学生在学校变革中扮演有意义的角色。该制度采取定期召开学生见面会、学生自主报名参加、领导与学生面对面交流、及时提供反馈信息等做法，促进了学校内部治理结构的优化以及学校变革效果的提高。其所秉持的宗旨就是，学生是大学自治的重要主体、具有平等参与学校变革的权力与能力等，高校管理工作要充分发挥其功能，还应在制度上确保学生参与的权力，扩大学生参与的范围，按阶段、分层次引导学生参与。

Let Students Play a Significant Role in School Change

——Practice and Reflection on the Leader-student Meeting System in HaiNan Normal University

Abstract：It is one of the core content of modern university system to safeguard democratic management. For this reason，Hainan Normal University implements leader-student meeting system with the purpose of letting student play a significant role in school change. The system adheres to these fundamental philosophies that students is an important subject of university autonomy and they have power and ability to take part in school change equal1y.  This system includes the following parts:leader一student meeting holds nn a regular basis;students sign up to attend the meeting autonomously;school leaders communicate with students face to face;school provides feedback timely.  The system optimizes school internal governance structure and improves school change effect. To give full play to its function, we should still expand the scope of student involvement and guide students according to the stage and level of school change.
