The Problems and Resolution Suggestion in First Reading And Writing Teaching

Abstract:This study aims to identify the problems the first grade primary school teachers have faced this year in teaching reading and writing as the first step with the changing education system. The study was conducted at the first grade primary school teachers working in the schools of Isparta Province National Education Management. Totally 38 teachers (including 17 female 21 male) participated in this research. In this research, basis problems facing in first reading writing teaching have been analyzed with their reasons and some possible solutions have been suggested to these problems. The 44.7% of the participants taught the first grade primary school students 1-3 times, the 34.2% of them have taught 4-6 times, the 21.1% of them have taught the students 7 times or more. In this study, the general scanning model as the descriptive type was based. The questionnaire form developed by the researcher was used in the study as the data collecting materials. In the analysis of the obtained data SPSS 15.0 for Windows Package Program was used. According to the findings obtained in the analysis results, it can be said that the first reading writing process has a variety of problems originated from students, teachers, students’ parents, programs, the school and the environment. However, the basic elements affecting this process negatively are originated from the program and parents. For this reason, it can be said that removal of educational needs of the teachers and the parents will contribute positively to the process.

总结:本研究旨在确定一年级小学教师面临的问题,阅读和写作是教学的第一步,这需要改变教育制度。这项研究是由一年级小学教师在土耳其省学校进行国民教育管理。38个教师(包括17个女21岁男)参与了这项研究。在本研究的基础上分析了在第一次阅读写作教学面临的问题与原因,这些问题已经提出一些可能的解决方法。44.7%的参与者教一年级小学生1 - 3次,34.2%的人已经教4 - 6次,21.1%的人教会了学生7倍或更多。在这项研究中,一般扫描模型作为描述类型为基础。问卷形式开发的研究员在这项研究中使用的数据收集材料。在分析获得的数据使用SPSS 15.0对Windows一揽子计划。根据分析所获得的结果,可以说,第一个阅读写作过程有各种各样的问题源于学生,教师,学生的父母、项目学校和环境。然而,这一过程的负面影响基本元素是起源于程序和父母。因此,可以说,去除老师和家长的教育需求将贡献积极的意义。
