——以广东女子职业技术学院干部培训工作为例

摘要：作为干部培训的一个特殊群体，女性领导干部的教育培训有一定的特殊性。对于这个特殊的群体，加强和凸显社会性别意识方面的教育显得尤为重要，这不仅能使她们在从政意识、女性群体意识、从政信心、社会性别意识的养成、平衡工作和生活方面的智慧方面有显著提高，而且对推动整个社会的性别平等事业的发展意义重大。

关键词：女干部；社会性别意识；教育培训

总结：

1、广东女子职业技术学院对广东省一级西藏、新疆女干部的培训经过20年的发展，越来越受到女干部们的欢迎和认可，受到当地各级政府的理解和支持，这依赖于特色教育培训——妇女理论课程教育的成功。

2、社会性别意识教育有五大方面的意义：

(1)有助于提升女干部的从政意识；

(2)社会性别意识教育有助于提升女干部的群体意识；

(3)社会性别意识教育有助于女干部的从政信心的培养；

(4)社会性别意识教育有利于女干部养成现代性别意识；

(5)社会性别意识教育使女干部掌握了平衡工作与生活的智慧。

3、女干部培训中的性别意识教育不仅对女干部个体有重要意义，而且成为撬动地方政府全面推进社会性别意识普及教育的重要支点。

Gender Awareness Education for Women Cadre’s Training

——Taking Cadre‘s Training in Guangdong Women‘s Polytechnic College for Example

Abstract: As a special group of the cadre’s training, women cadre’s training has its particularity. For the special trainees, it is very important for them to strengthen gender awareness education. And gender education helps to enhance women cadre’s consciousness of gender, of joining the politics, of colony, of confidence in politics and the wisdom of the balance between job and family. It is very important for the promotion of the equality cause between male and female.
