摘要：中小学班规是班极规范，在班级建设和管理中发挥着重要作用。通过在中国知网对中小学班规的相关文献的搜索和阅读班级管理相关的专著，我们对中小学班规的性质、作用、内容，制定与实施方而进行了综述。我们发现，虽然有一些新的理念融入，但总体上中小学班规还是停留在利用条款来约束学生行为的层次上。在对中小学班规的研究现状的总结和对当前班级管理实践的需要分析的基础上，我们对班规研究前景进行了展望。

总结：1、班规的结构都不相同，但班规的内容大都包含了以下几个方面：学习、纪律、时间、行为举止、环境卫生以及奖励规则和惩罚规则。个别班规在包含了以上几个方面外，还有对学生的品德要求，对班干部职责的规范，对宿舍的管理等方面；也有的班规直接就是一整套处罚细则。

2、中小学班规制定的原则主要包括：法治原则和民主原则。

3、班规制定方式可以有三种：班主任制定、师生共同制定、学生独立制定。

4、班规应该“因材施教”，班主任应该首先思考的是自己班级以及班级成员的现状，注重班级成员对班级未来的憧憬。对于不同的班级有不同的管理方式和侧重点，不可一概而论。班规制定之后要根据学生的发展和问题的变化而改变，班规不是一成不变的。不同年级的班规应该有不同的内容，不同的奖惩手段，显现不同的语言特点。立足于班级实际的班规也应该不断发展变化。

Research Review on Primary and Middle School Class Rules

Abstract: The class is the basic unit of the school education，and it is a small "society". A class, as a society, cannot work normally without rules. Class rules of primary and middle schools are class standards and play an important role in the class construction and management.  Through searching the literature of class rules in the CNKI(China National Knowledge Internet) and reading class management books, we summarize and discuss the property, function, content formulation and implementation of the primary and middle school class rules.  We found that, although some new ideas blend in，the primary and middle school class rules still stay on the level of restraining the students’behaviors. Through summarizing the present research situation of primary and middle school class rules and analyzing the needs of the class management practice，we analyze research prospect of the class rules.
