    摘要：作为学科的班级管理将受到重视。班级管理思想会以关爱、自主、权力与责任为核心话题；班级管理内容将偏重以人类命运为主题的德育；历史、现实和未来的契合是班级管理实践的永恒取向；班级管理研究主体会向一线班主任转移；在时代要求和教育哲学的影响下，班主任素质会出现新的整合；专职班主任可能成为新的任职形式；发展性班主任评价会成为评价重点；班主任培训将旱系统化趋势。对班级管理发展趋势进行准确判断，会有助于提高学校的管理水平。

关键词：中小学；班级管理；趋势

总结：1、“班级管理”具有长期历史和经验积累，有着特殊规律，应该拥有独立学科地位。因此在学科建设中，应强化“班级管理史”研究。

2、关爱、自主、信任、尊敬、分享权力和责任成为时代对班级管理的要求，这是一种整合行为主义和人本主义心理学的班级管理图式，在一定程度上反映出班级管理思想的调整方向。

3、“班主任素质”发展趋势：

（1）由“传道者”走向“价值澄清者”。

（2）由传统的观念走向新的观念。主要包括新的学生观、新的班级观和新的自我观。

（3）相关专业素质。除了学习并掌握教育学、心理学和管理学等方面知识，还应特别注意培养教师掌握相关的法律知识，培养广泛的兴趣爱好。同时作为班主任，还应具备爱心、耐心、宽容、承受挫折、知难而进、创造性地开展工作等特有的心理素质。

4、采取委任制来选拔班主任的时候，要听取各方意见，可以将委任与聘任结合起来，建立班主任档案，设置班主任考察期等。

5、在班主任评价方面，目前，班主任评价量表和班主任日常工作量化考核是评价班主任的主要形式，考察内容主要是绩效、职责和素质。

6、在班主任培养工作上要坚持以校为本，以效益和效率为评价标准。在培养对象上，优秀教师和普通教师机会要均等，并向一般教师倾斜，促使班主任队伍整体素质的提高。

The Trend of Class Management of Elementary

and Middle Schools in China

    Abstract： Class management as a subject will attract researchers'  attention.  The ideology of class management will concentrate on care, self-determination,   rights and responsibility.  The content of class management will lay great emphasis on moral education with the destiny of human beings as its concern. The connection of history, the current situation and the future will serve as the eternal tendency of the practice of class management. Head teachers in elementary and middle schools will gradually become the main body of the research team. The quality of head teachers will integrate with social development and educational philosophy. Full-tine head teachers are to emerge as a new type of employment. The evaluation of head teachers will focus on the all-round development and the training of head teachers will be more systematic. A fair judgement on the trend of class management will be helpful to the raising of the level of school management
