持久的卓越：日本2000-2009年PISA测试结果的影响因素分析及启示

    摘要：日本在2000-2009年的四轮国际学生评估项目P工SA测试中表现出色，一直位于或接近世界领先水平。这一成果与日本的教育体制密切相关。本文从课程体系、教学过程、家校联携、学习时间、教师素质、财政支出、专注公平和评价体系八个方面分析了日本在P工SA测试中卓越表现的归因。日本的教育体制有其自身的特色，对日本在四轮P工SA测试中卓越表现的原因分析对我国现今的教育改革具有较强的启发和借鉴意义。

总结：PISA旨在透过学生测试成绩和问卷调查，为各国政府和教育政策制定者提供多侧面教育信息，了解本国教育发展状况，认识造成当下教育状况的各种原因，从而为各国制定正确有效的教育决策及推进教育改革发展提供国际参照数据和成功经验。

据一些经验丰富的观察家报告，升入大学的日本普通高中毕业生，其知识认知和实践能力毫不逊色于美国普通大学生，甚至还有人提出，他们甚至不逊色于美国已完成两年学业的大学生，许多日本高中毕业生对其他国家地理和历史知识的了解甚至多于那些本国学生。

当今日本的教育体制存在以下几个主要特点：1、设置规范的课程体系；2、重视学生参与的教学过程；3、关注学生成长的家校联携；4、错落有致的学习生活；5、不断提高的教师素质；6、精心定位的财政支出；7、专注公平的国民教育；8、多种形式的评价体系。

Analysis and Comparison of the"Discipline Integration"in Music Education—Based on New York Music Curriculum Standard Research

 Abstract："Discipline integration" is an important part of the basic music education curriculum reform.How to conduct the "discipline integration" moderately, viably and necessarily becomes a basic research subject of Music education. This paper will explore the basic idea of "discipline integration". Through the comparison stu街on New York music curriculum standard, the author thinks that music education of the discipline integration should be improved as follows：refine curriculum standard, clear the goal, continue the”discipline integration" traceability, strengthen thecontact with social life, properly develop the comprehensive subject categories, enrich the "discipline integration" frame, then the value of the "discipline integration" can be raised.
