教师教育培养模式改革与课程体系的构建

摘要：教师教育专业化和基础教育课程改革对高等师范教育的挑战，将师范院校推到教师教育改革的前沿，师范院校要以教师教育的战略性转移为导向，明确教师教育培养模式改革的思路与定位，深化教师教育课程体系改革，建立“以学生为本”的教学模式。

总结：1、面对教师教育和基础教育的改革，传统的师范教育存在着诸多的不适应：（1）课程目标定位不明确，忽视学生全面素质的培养；（2）课程结构缺乏合理性；（3）课程结构和教学内容不适应基础教育课程改革；（4）教育实践环节薄弱；（5）忽视学生的个性发展。

2、师范院校要担负起新时期教师教育的历史使命，就必须摒弃不适应教师教育改革与发展、不适应教育市场需求和教师职业要求的封闭式的培养模式，尽快融入新教师教育体系中来。在教师教育从定向培养向非定向培养转变，从独立设置师范院校学科教育与教师专业教育混合到综合大学学科教育与教师专业教育相分离，逐步走向教师专业化，教师发展终身化和教师教育一体化，在师范院校从单一型向综合型发展的大趋势下，找准定位，走开放的综合化办学之路。

3、关于教师教育课程体系的构建，在设计的教师教育课程模块时可以分四大类：通修课程、学科专业课程、教师专业课程和综合实践课程，之后对不同的课程模块，根据各自特点，分别细化形成模块内的课程体系。同时，要适应基础教育课程改革和教师专业化对教师素质的要求，建立有利于提高学生整体素质和综合能力，体现现代教育思想和教育理念，反映现代科学文化，融通识教育、学科教育、教师专业教育为一体的教师教育课程体系。

4、要解决现有教师教育体制中的问题，可以通过以下的途径：（1）搭建课程“平台”和课程“模块”，为学生提供较为广阔的学习空间；（2）打通“师范壁垒”，实现培养规格弹性化；（3）科学处理课程门类增加和课时总量控制的关系；（4）开设辅修专业或专业方向，培养学生的综合能力；（5）在本科生中建立导师制度。

Reform of the Training Mode of Teachers' Education and Structure of the Course System

Abstract: The challenge of the specialization of teachers' education and the reform of the basic education to the higher normal educations pushes the teachers   to the front of the reform of teachers' education. Oriented by the strategic transform of teachers' education, the plan and the position of the reform should be made clear, the reform of the teachers' educational course system should be deepened, and the teaching mode of taking students as the most important should be established.
