教师教育新模式理论探索及其实践—以师范生免费教育政策实施为契机

摘要:在国家师范生免费教育政策背景下,华中师范大学积极探索教育改革,构建免费师范生培养的“一本三化”新型教师培养模式。学校通过确定以未来教育家为根本导向的新的人才培养目标定位,构建以实践化为取向的课程体系,重构立体化、开放式的育人环境,创建现代信息化教师培养平台,建立“教师教育创新与服务综合改革实验区”等一系列改革措施来实现这一构想。新模式改革取得了显著效益,免费师范生综合素质得到显著提高,课程体系得到优化,教学团队、重点学科进一步强化,推进了基础教育发展。

总结:1、传统教师培养模式存在的主要问题在于:(1)培养目标定位偏低,不适应基础教育改革对高素质教师的要求;(2)课程体系陈旧,不适应教育学科发展和教育改革的需要;(3)培养体系封闭,不能适应新形势下高质量教师培养的要求;(4)教学方法与手段落后,不适应当代教育技术的更新与变革的要求。
2、面对传统教师培养模式存在的问题,教师培养模式由单一走向多元、由封闭走向开放已是大势所趋、时代所迫。华中师范大学在师范生免费教育政策激励下,尝试建立并实施了免费师范生“一本三化”培养新模式改革:以培养未来教育家为导向的根本目标定位(一本),以实践化为取向的课程体系改革,以立体化育人环境构建为关键的教学模式改革,以及以信息化为支撑的培养条件改革(三化)的新模式。
3、新模式实施以来,取得了显著的成绩和效果:(1)免费师范生综合素质整体得到显著提高;(2)课程体系得到优化,教学团队、重点学科进一步强化;(3)与教师教育综合改革实验区协同合作,促进学生实践教学能力的提升;(4)全面推进基础教育发展。

——Taking the Implementation of Free Normal Education Policy as an Opportunity

Abstract: In the background of the implementation of free normal education policy in China, Central China Normal University has positively explored educational reform, and constructed the new type of teacher cultivating model as "one theme with three supports" for the cultivation of free normal students. The model aims to realize the idea with a series of reform countermeasures as follows:confirming the new objective orientation of talent cultivation of educator in the future as the fundamental orientation, constructing practice-oriented curriculum system, re-constructing multi-dimensional and open-ended educational environment, establishing modern information platform for teacher training, and constructing "comprehensive reform experimental area for teacher education innovation and service". The reform of new model has achieved remarkable effectiveness, the comprehensive quality of free normal students has been improved notably, the curriculum system has been optimized, the teaching teams and key disciplines have been intensified further, and the development of basic education has been promoted.
