聚焦于教育研究能力的教师教育模式探析

摘要：教育研究是教师专业发展的必然选择，是教师职业内在的规定与要求，并以此成为当前基础教育改革与发展的迫切需要。发达国家将教育研究作为教师专业发展的重要能力指标，将其纳入本国教师教育标准。教师的教育研究能力具体表征为实践反思基础上的问题意识、理性认知基础上的问题分析、系统逻辑框架下的问题解决。专业为准、学养为基、研究为核、内化提升是基于教师教育研究能力发展的教师教育创新模式。

关键词：教育研究能力；教育实践；教师专业发展；教师教育模式

总结：1、教育研究是教师对学校与课堂工作进行的一种系统的、有目的的研究，是教师与研究者、教学与研究的统一。它以解决教育教学实践中存在的实际问题为导向，经过反复实践、探索、验证直至发现或发展一定的教育原理、教学原则和方法，揭示教育教学规律的认知活动。

2、教师教育研究能力的特殊蕴涵在于基于现实的教育实践问题，寻求一定的教育理论指导，结合专业知识与技能、教育研究方法与教育手段，以解决教育实践问题为旨归的过程。同时，教师的教育研究能力表征表现在以下方面：（1）实践反思基础上的问题意识；（2）理性认知基础上的问题分析；（3）系统逻辑框架下的问题解决。

3、基于教育研究能力发展的教师教育创新模式是以专业为准，具体包括：（1）专业理想；（2）专业情操；（3）专业志向；（4）专业知识；（5）专业技能。同时，又以学养为基，具体表现为以下几点：（1）增加教师教育课程的门类与学时；（2）实行模块化、动态式的课程结构体系；（3）对培养对象诊断分析的基础上进行课程体系与学习方式的对象化设计，实现课程的差异性与效益的最大化。最后，还要以研究为核和内化提升，既在教师培养过程以统摄教师专业素养以及教师内在和外在的行为表现的教育研究能力为核心创新课程体系，拓展培养路径，塑造教师专业品性。

An Analysis of Teacher Education Mode Focusing on Teachers’ Education Research Ability

Abstract: Educational research is an inevitable choice of the professional development of teachers, which is the internal requirement of the professional development of teachers; therefore, educational research has been an urgent need for the reform and development of the basic education. Educational research, as an important ability indicator of teachers' professional development, has been included in national teacher education standards in developed countries. The ability of teachers' educational research is characterized lip the awareness to problems on the basis of the factual reflection, the analysis on the basis of the rational cognition and the solving under the framework of the system logic. On the basis of the development of teachers' educational research ability, it is the innovation of teachers' educational mode with taking profession as the criterion, taking education as the base，taking research as the core，and taking internalization as the promotion.
