问题与对策: 新建地方多科性院校教师教育改革

摘要：新建地方多科性院校教师教育存在的主要问题为办学定位不准，教师教育的地位弱化、边缘化趋势明显；教师教育人才培养目标不明确，人才培养模式改革创新不够，改革实践缺乏规范性；教师资源流失严重，队伍建设滞后；教师教育课程改革滞后，结构不合理，内容陈旧，实践课程得不到有效落实；缺乏教师专业化指导标准，教师教育的专业化水平有伴随教师教育边缘化逐步下降的趋势!新建地方多科性院校教师教育改革应正确处理传统和现实的关系，把教师教育纳入学校发展战略，切实保证教师教育在学校工作和人才培养中的应有地位；构建符合地方多科性院校特点的教师教育人才培养模式；建立政策激励机制，加强教师教育队伍建设；以优化课程结构为重点，以改革课程内容为核心，深化教师教育课程体系改革；建立教育实践开放体系，强化实践教育环节，提高学生的教师专业化水平；建立和完善教师专业化标准和制度体系，将教师教育纳入法制化轨道，促进教师教育工作的规范化、制度化。

总结：1、新建地方多科性院校教师教育存在的主要问题在于：（1）办学定位不准，教师教育的地位弱化、边缘化趋势明显；（2）教师教育人才培养目标不明确，人才培养模式改革创新不够，改革实践缺乏规范性；（3）教师资源流失严重，队伍建设滞后；（4）教师教育课程改革滞后，结构不合理，内容陈旧，实践课程得不到有效落实；（5）缺乏教师专业化指导标准，教师教育的专业化水平有伴随教师教育边缘化逐步下降的趋势。

2、结合上述问题并就新建地方多科性院校的教师教育改革提出如下对策建议：（1）正确处理传统和现实的关系，把教师教育纳入学校发展战略，切实保证教师教育在学校工作和人才培养中的应有地位；（2）构建符合地方多科性院校特点的教师教育人才培养模式；（3）建立政策激励机制，加强教师教育队伍建设；（4）以优化课程结构为重点，以改革课程内容为核心，深化教师教育课程体系改革；（5）建立教育实践开放体系，强化实践教育环节，提高学生的教师专业化水平；（6）建立和完善教师专业化标准和制度体系，将教师教育纳入法制化轨道，促进教师教育工作的规范化、制度化。

Teacher Education Reform in New Local Interdiscipline Institutions:Problems and Countermeasures

Abstract: During the course of teachers education reform in some new local interdiscipline institutions, there are many problems. The new local interdiscipline institutions should deal with the relationship between the tradition and the reality. Teacher education should be taken into the development strategy to guarantee its deserved position; proper mode for teacher education in new local interdiscipline institutions must be set up; incentive mechanism should be cultivated to strengthen the construction of teacher group; curriculum reform should be deepened; it is necessary to emphasize practice education; we should set up and perfect the standards and regulations on teacher education.
