我国TDS教师教育模式现状、问题及改进

——基于美国PDS发展学校的启示

摘要：Teacher Development School(TDS)是以大学和中小学合作为基础的一种新型教师教育模式，是教师教育改革在思想与实践上的新探索。文章通过剖析TDS教师教育模式发展及存在的问题，在透视美国教师专业发展学校Professional Development School(PDS)优势的基础上，对我国TDS教师教育模式的改进提出以下思路:改革合作方式，转变教育理念；改变传统观念，转变教师角色；理论与实践相结合，关注对实习生的培训。

总结：1、我国TDS教师教育模式实施几年以来，收到了良好效果:大学里的教育理论真正与实践沟通，中小学教师通过教学反思提升了自身的专业素养，教师主体地位正在得以实现，学生学业成绩有所提高，但是TDS在自身发展中还存在严重不足：（1）合作范围较小；（2）评价体制不完善；（3）政策支持缺乏；（4）对实习生重视不够。

2、美国教师专业发展学校(PDS)是大学与中小学多方合作形成的一种教师教育培训模式，其优势在于：（1）合作理念支撑；（2）标准体系完善；（3）有效的政策保障；（4）对实习教师的合理安排。

3、我国TDS实践模式在借鉴PDS优点基础上可进行如下改进：（1）改革合作方式，转变教育理念；（2）改变传统观念，转变教师角色；（3）理论与实践相结合，关注对实习教师的培训。

The Current Situation, Problems and Improvements of TDS of China

——Based on Development of School PDS of the U.S.

Abstract: As a new mode of teacher education, TDS(Teacher Development School) is a new exploration in teaching concept and practice based on the cooperation between universities and elementary and secondary schools. This paper analyzes TDS' development and the existing problems. In addition, it analyzes the advantages of PDS in the U.S. and then proposes the following ideas for the improvement of TDS in China: reforming the ways of cooperation, changing education philosophy, changing the traditional education concept and the role of teachers, integrating theory and practice, and focusing on the training of interns.
