我国教师教育模式转型中的问题与反思

摘要：教师教育模式从封闭到开放的变革与转型是一个世界趋势，我国教师教育白上世纪末以来，也逐渐走上模式转型的道路，经过20多年时问的发展，至少在形式上已经实现了开放式的教师教育模式。但从实质上来看，仍存在诸如地位淡化、专业萎缩、中师资源流失以及职前职后分离等众多问题。因此，重要的应对策略应包括：不可实行完全开放式、切实提高教师地位、协调利益矛盾、严格执行教师资格证书制度等。

关键词：教师教育；模式转型；问题；反思

总结：1、可以将教师教育模式划分为两种，即宏观的教师教育办学模式和微观的教师教育培养模式。所谓办学模式指的教师教育是由何种机构体系来承担的。

2、我国教师教育模式转型中存在的问题如下：（1）形式转型，实质不变；（2）地位淡化，专业萎缩；（3）中师资源流失，大学准备不足；（4）二元分离，缺乏整合。

3、教师教育模式由封闭定向到开放非定向的转变有三个条件必须具备：七是科学技术的迅速发展，要求教师水平的提高，师范学院历来学术水平较低，已经不适应培养高水平教师的需要；二是教师数量上已经基本得到满足，不需要设立专门的师范学院来培养；三是教师职业在社会上已有一定的吸引力，优秀青年愿意当教师，不需要采取专门的机构或用免缴学费等优厚条件来吸引生源。

4、结合我国目前教师教育存在的问题，提出如下建议：（1）不宜实行完全开放的模式；（2）切实提高教师职业的社会地位；（3）协调变革中利益相关者的矛盾；（4）严格实行教师资格认证制度。

Problems in Transformation of Teacher Education Patterns in China and Their Reflections

Abstract: The reform and transformation of teacher education from a close pattern to an open one is an international trend .Since the end of the last century, the teacher education in China has gradually experienced patterns transformation. After more than 20 years’ development, it has at least realized an open pattern in form.  Virtually there still exist such problems as lower status, shrinking subjects, lessening teacher resources and disconnection of preserve. Thus such important countermeasures as incomplete open pattern, promoting teachers’ status, handling contradictions concerning interests and strictly conducting system of teacher qualifications should be implemented.
