对综合性大学教师教育改革与发展的思考

摘要：综合性大学举办教师教育是世界各国教师教育改革和发展的基本走向，也是中国师范教育从传统走向现代的新趋势。综合大学教师教育的改革与发展必须坚持科学发展观，正确处理改革发展中的各种关系；必须树立和谐发展理念，全面推进教师教育创新；必须深化教师教育改革，不断提高教师教育专业化水平。应该强调的是，教师教育的转型和变革绝不仅仅在于形式或名称上的改变，其实质应该着眼于整个教师教育质量和水平的提高，着眼于实现教师专业发展，着眼于更好地为社会培养高层次的专门人才，并最终实现“让每个教室都拥有最优秀的教师”的教育理想。
关键词：教师教育；师范教育；综合性大学；教育改革
总结：1、对于目前综合性大学中的教师教育来说，当前所面临的困境与挑战主要表现在两个方面：一是综合性大学的办学理念与文化对原有师范院校办学理念与文化的冲击，二是当前基础教育改革尤其是课程改革的深入推进对原有师范教育内涵和方式的挑战。
2、要想实现综合大学中的教师教育立足研究基础教育、服务基础教育、引领基础教育的功能定位和建设高水平教师教育学院的目标定位。必须正确处理改革发展中的各种关系，这其中包括以下几个方面：（1）提高教学质量搞好教师教育改革；（2）坚持统筹兼顾，处理好教学与科研的关系；（3）学科建设是教学科研工作的结合点；（4）教师专业发展是教师最根本的福利；（5）让每个学生都拥有美好的希望。
3、综合性大学中的教师教育必须树立和谐发展理念具体表现为：（1）实现学术性与师范性的和谐统一；（2）实现综合性与适应性的完美结合；（3）实现学科专业与教育专业的一体并重；（4）实现文化素质与专业素质的教育渗透；（5）实现教学技能与教育智慧的协调发展；（6）实现业务素质与师德修养的全面提高。
4、要深化教师教育改革，不断提高教师教育专业化水平，需要从以下几个方面入手：（1）加强教育学科建设，打造综合性大学教师教育的核心竞争力；（2）推进课程体系、教学内容和教学方法的改革，加强传统专业的更新改造；（3）加快教师教育信息化建设，不断提高专业教学的质量和效益；（4）建立“教师专业发展学校”，关注教师的专业成长；（5）坚持走：研究——服务——引领基础教育之路，办好让基础教育满意的教师教育。
Reflections on the Reform and Development of Teacher Education in the Comprehensive University

Abstracts: Including teacher education in a comprehensive university has become a tendency in the reform and development of teacher education around the world and it has also been a new trend in Chinese normal education and makes it step firm the conventional to the modem. The reform and development of teacher education in comprehensive universities must be in accordance with the concept of scientific development and the various relations in the course should be tackled properly. In the meantime, a concept of harmonious development must be conceived to prove and deepen the innovation of teacher education with a view the p roving its quality. On the other hand, it must be stressed that the core of the transition and reform of teacher education is not the change of the form or the nave but the overall improvement of teacher education quality. It must at the teacher's advances in his or her career and the production of qualified specialized talents for the society .In this way the ideal of “every classroom has excellent teachers" will be realized.
