创新文化素质教育,提高人才培养质量

——广西师范大学大学生文化素质教育的探索与实践

摘要: 广西师范大学积极探索加强大学生文化素质教育的新路子：一是转变观念，明确科学的文化素质教育指导思想和目标任务；二是高度重视,建构高效的文化素质教育领导体制和运行机制；三是发挥主渠道作用，形成以精品课程为示范的素质教育课程体系；四是加强二课堂渗透，打造以素质拓展为导向的大学校园文化品牌。

总结：

1、2006年4月，广西师范大学被国家大学生文化素质教育基地（联合）建设点。积极探索加强大学生文化素质教育的新路子，初步形成了具有西部地方高师特色的文化素质教育模式。

2、转变观念，明确科学的文化素质教育指导思想和目标任务：

(1)文化素质是大学生基本素质的基础，其教育重点是人文素质教育；

(2)加强文化素质教育是时代发展、高等教育改革和使大学生成为全面发展的人的必然要求；

(3)发挥第一课堂的主渠道作用，教师采取相应教学措施，将科学教育与人文教育、专业教育与素质教育相结合。

3、高度重视，建构高校的文化素质教育领导体制和运行机制：

(1)成立学校和学院级别的文化素质教育工作领导小组；

(2)分工负责，任务到岗，措施到位。

4、发挥主渠道作用，形成以精品课程为示范的素质教育课程体系：

(1)改革人才培养方案和课程体系；

(2)落实第一课堂的研究性学习和实践性教学的改革。

5、加强第二课堂渗透，打造以素质拓展为导向的大学校园文化品牌：

(1)以“独秀大讲坛”为平台开展文化素质系列讲座；

(2)以“创新杯”为载体开展大学生课外科技活动；

(3)以“百团共建”为依托开展大学生校园文化活动；

(4)以“三下乡”为主线开展大学生社会实践活动。

Abstract: Guangxi Normal University actively explores the new ways to strengthen the quality of students. culture education: first of all, change traditional thoughts, and redefine the guiding ideology and objectives of cultural quality education; secondly, pay attention to constructing an effective educational leadership and a system of culture operation mechanism; thirdly, make social theme play an important role to form a new education curriculum system, for quality courses as examples; fourthly, strengthen the infiltration of ideological and political lessons in order to create the quality development-oriented university campus cultural brand.
