摘要：随着学分制的全面实施，传统的学生管理模式已经不适应新形势要求，班级管理受到重视。针对目前大学班级管理出现的问题，提出高校的班级管理应着重几方面：提高辅导员对班级管理的认识，设定班级目标，加强学生干部队伍建设，营造班级文化氛围，建立班级日志记录制度等。

关键词：高校；学生工作；班级管理

总结：1、高校班级管理的现状及问题：

（1）现行教学管理模式淡化了班级的概念；

（2）大众化教育阶段学生班级管理难度加大；

（3）价值观取向多元化使班级凝聚力下降；

（4）缺乏科学的班级管理制度和考核办法。

2、根据高校班级管理的现状及问题所提出的应对措施：

（1）提高辅导员对班级建设的重视；

（2）强化目标设定在班级建设中的地位；

（3）打造一支过硬的班级学生干部队伍；

（4）营造健康向上的班级文化氛围；

（5）建立班级日志记录制度

Class management in university student work

Abstract: With the overall implementation of credit system，the traditional student management mode is not adapting to new situation, therefore the class management should be paid more attention.  According to the problems existed in current class management, some countermeasures are proposed such as improving the understanding of class management, setting the class goal, enhancing the construction of class cadre team，building the class culture atmosphere and establishing the class recording system.
