摘要：现代社会是竞争与合作的社会，木文从明确竞争与合作的重要性、提供竞争与合作的机会、提高竞争品质、品尝竞争与合作的成功乐趣、力争竞争与合作的完美结合五个方面阐述树立学生的竞争意识和培养学生的合作精神。

总结：在班级管理工作中，要让学生树立正确的竞争意识和培养学生的合作精神，应该做到以下几个方面：

1、灌输思想，明确竞争与合作的重要性；

2、抓住契机，提供竞争与合作的机会；

3、善于引导，升华竞争意识，提高竞争品质；

4、创设情景，尽展才能，品尝成功乐趣；

5、努力塑造，力争竞争与合作的完美结合。

Cultivating the Sense of Competition and Cooperation in

Middle School Students' Class Management

Abstract：Modern society is full of competition and coordination. This  thesis  is aimed to discuss how to raise students' competitive awareness and cultivate their team work spirit from five perspectives. It clarifies the importance of both of them, the timing to provide training, the methods to cultivate healthy competitive quality, so that students can taste the joy of success and achieve a perfect balance between competition and teamwork.
