摘要：珠海市斗门区城南学校地处珠海市区、金湾区和斗门区交汇之处，生源复杂，有人量的外来务工子弟就读，流动性比较强，纪律观念相对比较淡薄，给管理带来了一定的难度。本文谈到了班主任在班级管理中“多心”的重要性。

总结：外来工子弟因为家庭等原因更需要老师的关爱，这就需要班主任在班级管理中：

1、要细心。细心发信问题，并及时解决。

2、要有耐心。教育是一场持久战，具有反复性和艰巨性，因此做老师一定要有耐心，要记住：欲速则不达。

3、要有信心。班主任对自己要充满信心，对学生更加要充满信心。

4、要有爱心。对于一个人民教师来说，要想教好每一个学生，细心很重要，耐心很重要，信心也很重要。这么“多心”，其实，都是老师的一颗爱心。
