制约中小学校长专业化的因素分析

摘 要：校长职业的专业化是校长职业发展的必然趋势。制约校长专业化的因素有很多,本文从资格证书制度、选拔任用制度、教育培训制度、考核评价制度、职级晋升制度、保障激励制度、专业组织建设、专业态度和动机、专业发展意识、反思精神和反思能力等方面分析了当今中小学校长专业化方面存在的问题。

关键词：中小学校长; 专业化; 问题

总结：校长专业化是指校长在专业精神、专业知识、专业能力、专业伦理、自我专业意识等方面持续发展的过程,即内在专业结构不断更新、演进和丰富的过程。从当今社会看,校长专业化须达到以下标准: (1)具有现代教育意识(2)构建以教育管理知识为核心的复合型知识结构。(3)具有学校管理的专业能力。(4)

具有学校管理的智慧与艺术。(5)接受专业养成教育和专业训练,参加一定的专业团体。

一、外在因素

外在因素是中小学校长专业化的基本保证,这包括资格证书制度、选拔任用制度、教育培训制度、考核评价制度、职级晋升制度、保障激励制度、专业组织建设等。

二、内在因素

内在因素是中小学校长专业化的根本动力,这包括校长的专业态度和动机、专业发展意识、反思精神和反思能力等。

Analysis on the Factors Restricting the Specialization of School Principals

Abstract: The specialization of school principals is the tendency of the development of professional principals. There are many factors restricting the application of specialization. The article analyzes the existing problems from the following aspects: the system of credentials, the system of selection and appointment the system of educational training, the system of evaluation, the system of promotion, the system of guarantee and stimulation, the building of specialized organization, the professional attitude and motivation ,the awareness of development the spirit and ability of introspection.
