美国教师专业伦理建设及启示

摘  要：完善的专业伦理是教师专业化的重要内涵。美国在推进教师专业化的过程中，通过制定全国统一的教师专业伦理规范，并以优秀教师行为守则激励教师，使教师的专业伦理水准得到有效提升。我国的教师专业伦理建设，应当很好地吸取美国的经验，通过凸显专业伦理的专业基础、强化服务意识、加强自主与合作等，促进中国传统师德向专业化时代所要求的教师专业伦理转化。

总  结：任何一种职业，都有其职业道德要求，教师这一行也不例外。由于教师道德本身既构成了教育目的，也构成了教的内容，这使得教师道德具有了特殊的教育价值，它因此被视为教师素质的重要组成部分甚至是核心内容。20世纪60—70年代以来，教师专业化已经成为世界各国的普遍趋势。当前，我国也正在大力推行教师队伍的专业化建设，如何根据专业化的要求，使传统的师德规范能够向教师专业化时代的专业伦理过渡，也是不可忽视的一个重要问题。本文将对美国的教师专业伦理建设进行介绍、分析，以期对我国教师专业伦理建设有所裨益。对当前我国教师专业伦理建设的启示：1．坚持底线伦理要求与最高伦理准则的统一；2．凸显教师专业伦理的专业技术基础；3．强调以服务学生为核心的专业伦理精神；4．突出自主与合作相结合的专业工作方式

Development of American teacher professional ethics and its enlightenment

Abstract：Well-developed professional ethics is an important part of teacher’s professionalism. In the process of promoting teachers’ professionalism in America, the code of ethics for teaching profession has been formulated and the teachers are encouraged by the code of behaviors of model teachers. What we can learn from American practice is the emphasis put on the knowledge base, service awareness and professional autonomy and cooperation. These will be bene6cial to the professionalization of teacher ethics from Chinese traditional teacher morality.
