西方教师职业道德发展研究及借鉴

摘 要:教师职业道德和专业伦理是教师专业化的重要维度。通过对西方教师职业道德发展的深度探寻可以看出西方教师职业道德发展的特点是教师职业道德规范不断走向专业化,教师职业道德结构层次不断趋于专道德教育的主要方式。我国应提高教师职业道德规范条文的操作性;加强教师职业道德规范要求的法制性;注重教师职业道德培养的渗透性;完善教师选聘及工作制度的严密性。

总 结:在当前我国教师专业化运动取得突破性发展的时期,学校在师德建设方面更加呈现出相对滞后性。教师专业化发展既构成了师德建设的主动推进力量,又为师德建设提供了新的思路— — 教师的职业道德向专业道德转换是当代师德发展的一个重要线索,从抽象、模糊、未分化的教师职业道德走向具体、明确、专业化的教师专业道德是教师专业化发展的必然要求。1、提高教师职业道德规范条文的操作性;2、加强教师职业道德规范要求的法制性;3、注重教师职业道德培养的渗透性;4、完善教师选聘及工作制度的严密性
Research on the Development of Teachers’ Professional Ethics
in the West and Its Enlightenments

Abstract:Teachers’ professional ethics is the important dimension of their specialization. The development of western teachers' professional ethics has the following features: specialization of the norms and the structure of teachers’ professional ethics, teacher. Student relationship being the core of the norms of teachers’ professional ethics, and interna1 penetration being the main method of ethical education. In China, the norms of teachers' Drolessiona1 ethics should be made operable and legally justifiable; cultivation of teachers' professional ethics more penetrative; the system for teacher employment more stringent.
