论教师职业道德与教师专业发展

摘 要:教师职业道德是教师专业发展的核心内容,是教师专业发展的动力支持,教师职业道德的提升是更高层次的教师专业发展。加强教师职业道德建设是推进教师专业发展的必然需求。有效的教师职业道德建设应与教师专业发展相结合,应关注教师的职业生活,重视教师需要,凸显教师的卞体性,应加强学校管理制度的伦理内涵的建设。

总 结:促进教师专业发展是当今教师教育改革与发展中的重要课题。目前,我国在促进教师专业发展的实践方面,仍较多地关注专业技术层面的
发展,而忽视教师职业道德的提升,从而影响了教师专业发展的推进。教师职业道德是促进教师专业发展的重要动力及保证,为此,加强教师职业道德建设,不断提升教师职业道德的品质,是推进教师专业发展的必然。以教师专业发展为背景,审视教师职业道德与教师专业发展的内在联系,寻找提升教师职业道德建设的有效途径,对推进教师专业发展意义重大:1、教师职业道德对促进教师专业发展的重;2、教师专业发展背景下师德建设的思考;
The Teacher's Professional ethics and the Teacher's Professional Development

Abstract: The age of professionalization requires that the construction of teacher's occupational morality must he professionalized, while , which means to explore the methods and strategies according to the standards of teacher professionalization. Mean teacher's occupational morality should he interpreted legally in order to enhance the seriousness and sanctity of teacher's occupational morality. On this basis, we also should strengthen the self-discipline implementation of teacher education ethic and initiative of sanctity teacher's of occupational morality, enhance the construction and curriculum,and let teacher education become the knowledge field with strong sense of morality.
