师范专业大四女生的教师职业道德素养现状研究—基于X师范大学的调查

摘  要：通过对X师范大学师范专业大四女生的教师职业道德素养现状的问卷调查，从角色认识、风度仪表和行为举止等方面分析了大四女师范生的教师职业道德素养现状，着重研究了当前大四女师范生教师职业道德素养存在的问题及产生的原因，针对这些问题提出进一步提高女师范生教师职业道德素养的相关对策，以更好地贯彻实施国家‘育人为本’、‘德育为先”的战略，为在师范教育阶段培养一支素质优良的女教师队伍建言献策。

总  结：进一步提高女师范生教师职业道德素养的对策：

1.    加强校园文化建设，孕育熏陶女性优美德行；

2.    强化人文素养，突出女性角色道德教育；

3.    充分利用实践、实习环节，从实践的角度对女师范生进行养成训练；

4.    加强师德建设，发挥道德示范作用；

5.    提高女师范生的人文修养，促进女师范生的全面发展。

A Research on Current Situation of Teacher’s Professional Ethics about Normal College Senior Female Students-Based on the Investigation into a Certain Normal University

Abstract: This paper is based on a questionnaire survey on the teacher’s professional ethics current situation of normal college senior female students.  It analyzes the current situation from the aspects of role cognition，the etiquette and the behavior } focused on studying the problems and the causes. Then, the authors gives suggestions about how to intensify the normal college students' teacher' s professional ethics in order to better implement the national “people-oriented” “moral-first” strategy and cultivate a good quality of female teacher in normal education stage.
